Refund and Returns Policy

At Vape4UK, we aim to provide a satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. We understand that there may be times when a product needs to be returned or a refund requested. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unopened and unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened vaping products (including e-liquids, coils, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Initiating a Return

  • To begin the return process, contact our support team at info@vape4uk.co.uk or through the contact form on our website.
  • Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your message.
  • Our team will provide return instructions and, if necessary, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
  • Return the items using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team.
  • Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return in the package.

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • The refund amount includes the cost of the returned items but excludes original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refund processing may take 5-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
  • For items valued over £50, we recommend using an insured shipping method.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Used drip tips
  • Opened coils
  • Disposable vape devices
  • Any item that has been used or altered, except if defective

Defective or Faulty Products

  • If a product arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photos or videos showing the problem.
  • Based on the situation and availability, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for defective items.

Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel an order before it has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Age Verification Refunds

  • If we are unable to verify your age or if you choose not to provide the required age verification, we will issue a full refund, including shipping, and cancel your order.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s customs regulations. Vape4UK is not liable for orders seized by customs, and we do not accept refunds or chargeback claims for items held by customs.
